A storyteller in the making

Stories for curious readers, by Cadence Goblirsch

Welcome into the storytelling world of a teen author writing children's books with wonder, warmth, and a careful eye for the small things that matter.

The debut

Her first children's book

Cadence's debut invites young readers into a story built on curiosity and the quiet courage of noticing things. It is written for children who love to linger over pictures and find themselves in the characters they meet.

Every page was shaped by the same question: what does it feel like to be small and still find your way? The book is a starting point for conversations at home, in classrooms, and at the library table.

On writing for children

I like stories that make room for a little wonder without forgetting the world outside the page.

Writing a book means returning to the same characters until they start to feel familiar. I'm excited to keep writing and to see where the next story takes me.
